3 days racing from Brisbane to Gladstone

Come aboard Queensland’s only tall ship…South Passage.

Get away from the world, leave your emails and text messages behind and take on the sea! This is a modern ship built and operated along traditional lines. Be part of the crew sailing this 100ft gaff-rigged schooner up the coast to Gladstone, Queensland. Come aboard on Good Friday for the trip of a lifetime.

Berths are strictly limited. Youth (15-17) must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Price includes all meals, safety equipment, race fees, a training day sail on Moreton Bay, pre-race on-board dinner and the great race itself.

Deposit of $200 will secure your berth.

RACE:

DEPARTS:    Queensland Cruising Yacht Club, Shorncliffe

TIMES:          Board Thursday afternoon 6th April  (or join us for the morning delivery sail 

                      from Manly to Shorncliffe)

                      Start gun 11 am Friday 7th April

                      Arrives at Gladstone approx 12 noon, Sunday 9th April 

You will need to organise your own accommodation and way home from Gladstone after the post-race celebrations!
